Start your search with our available properties.   If you find a property you like please don’t wait for the open inspection, just pick up your phone or drop us an email for a private inspection.

 

Once you have made a decision on the property you like you will need to complete the application form (in the forms section) and provide a 100 point reference with your application.

 

Your application is then presented to the landlord for approval.

 

Before you enter into a Residential Tenancy Agreement you will need to have ready the first two weeks rent as a holding deposit and sign the tenancy agreement within 24 hours of approval.

 

We endeavor to make your move a smooth transition and will supply you with all the necessary information and assistance when it comes to moving into your new home.

 

I have drawn up a Tenancy Handbook which is supplied in your Tenancy pack as a guideline to renting.

This Tenancy handbook is designed to help you with any questions you may have during the course of your tenancy. 

It also provides some helpful guidelines during your tenancy, especially when it comes to maintenance and trouble shooting.

The following information will help you to better understand your obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, and my role as your Property Manager.
